This beautiful pen is made from custom made "Italian Marbled" paper that was created from another artist.

This unique pen has been made from that paper. The beautiful, bright colors and designs are layered by proprietary marbling techniques. I then take the full sheet of paper, cut a small section out of it and then wrap it carefully around a brass pen tube. That wrapped tube is then cast in crystal clear Alumilite resin and put into a pressure vessel to ensure no air bubbles are present.

Once the pen blank has been created, the magic begins! With specialized tools in my shop, I turn the blank with precision for a perfect fit of the hardware. I use a ten step hand polishing process to achieve a high gloss, glassy smooth finish and fit.

Each pen comes with a standard rollerball refill cartridge. The writing tip is activated my a twisting motion inside of the tube. This marbled pen is highly customized and there are many beautiful colors and designs that I can use to create a one of a kind pen just for you. The pen will come to you in a black or blue velvet bag for storage and a product card detailing the material used, care instructions and refill explanations. It would make a wonderful gift to yourself or a loved one.
