This is a great single tube blank that has been hand embossed with real Copper foil. It will fit any "Sierra Style" or Bolt Action pen kits that are available out on the market. This blank will add diversity to your available lineup that you sell at craft fairs, online, etc.

** There are three styles to choose from; The regular Bolt Action (Bolt), the Magnum Bolt Action ("Mag"... it is just a bit larger than the regular Bolt Action) and the Sierra (This is a traditional twist pen and doesn't resemble the "Bolt Action" styles) **

Using real copper foil, I use a proprietary embossing system to alter the look of the copper foil. It is then carefully applied to the raw brass tube, which in turn, is sealed three times and left to cure. Once that is complete, the embossed copper tube is then placed into a specially made silicone mold and high quality Alumilite resin is poured over the embossed copper tube. Each blank is then placed into a modified "pressure pot" where anywhere from 20 to 50 PSI of air pressure is applied to force out any air bubbles that may be suspended within the resin. After a 3 hour cure under pressure, the blank is removed from the mold and prepped for shipping. Once you receive the blank, it's up to you to turn and polish it on your lathe.
